Managing Director Amon Gamparo leads the company with Secretary Director Anita Komugisha and a management team responsible for client engagement, design, production, procurement, finance, human resources, logistics and site delivery.

Company materials report more than 30 staff, supported by managers, sales executives, carpenters, upholsterers, tailors, metal fabricators, sanding and spraying teams, installers and administrative personnel. For a large contract, a named project coordinator links approvals, material purchases, factory output, dispatch and handover.
